PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

SPHERE (Strategic Protection & High-Risk Extraction/Response Enclave) was founded in 1789 with a singular mission: combat the forces of the Freak and protect humanity from threats that conventional militaries cannot comprehend, let alone defeat.

For over two centuries, we have operated in the shadows. The wars that fill history books are footnotes compared to the battles we fight. While governments maintain the illusion of normalcy, SPHERE operatives engage entities that defy physics, reason, and sanity itself.

THE THREE FOUNDERS

In 1789, during the First Siege on Yapponia, three individuals recognized the existential threat posed by the Freak. They founded SPHERE to stand against the darkness.

Eliminated Adolf Hitler in 1945 through phasing and concentrated aura before Hitler could complete his summoning ritual. ◢ YAPPONIA: THE ONGOING WAR ◣

Location: Hidden island nation off the coast of [REDACTED]
Status: Occupied by Forces of Freak
Population: Medium-sized nation with average military capabilities (pre-occupation)

1789 - First Siege: The Freak began their assault on Yapponia. SPHERE was founded in direct response to this crisis. Despite our best efforts, we could not prevent what came next.

1812 - The Great Yap War: After 23 years of resistance, Yapponia fell. Total Freak victory. The nation was consumed, its people either eliminated or converted into Freak forces. This defeat shaped SPHERE's doctrine for the next two centuries.

Present Day - Reclamation Operations: SPHERE's primary objective is the liberation and reclamation of Yapponia. Operative John Sigma (Rico Rodriguez) currently leads infrastructure destruction and civilian rebellion efforts within occupied territory. Progress is slow. The cost is high. But we will not abandon Yapponia.

SPHERE maintains global operations against Freak incursions, anomalous entities, and reality-threatening events. However, the liberation of Yapponia remains our defining mission. It is where we were born. It is where we failed. It is where we will achieve final victory.
