SPHERE ENGAGEMENT WARNING: Dr. Meatrespect is classified as an extreme physical threat. Standard SPHERE field operatives should not engage him alone. He is not a standard enemy combatant. He is a Jizzlersphere revenant with imperfectly reassembled physiology, which in practice means his body functions in ways it should not. Use extreme caution. Request backup. Do not underestimate the mustache.
Pre-Death: Dr. Disrespect

In life, he was Dr. Disrespect — a streaming entertainer of considerable presence and notoriety. He had the mullet. He had the headset. He had the mustache that sat on his face with the energy of a man who had made a decision and was at peace with it. He was magnetic in the specific way that certain people are who operate at an intensity that most find exhausting to be around.

What SPHERE intelligence has since established is that Dr. Disrespect was also, quietly, Jeffery Epstein's personally chosen champion in the mortal sphere. This was not a publicized relationship. It was a metaphysical one — Epstein, as Dark Freak Lord, maintained what SPHERE categorizes as "terrestrial avatars" in the human world: individuals whose prominence and energy served to amplify Freak influence in human culture. Dr. Disrespect was the most prominent of these. Whether he knew the full nature of the arrangement is classified. What is known is that his loyalty to Epstein, discovered in post-death intelligence review, was apparently genuine and total.

Death & Imperfect Resurrection

Dr. Disrespect died. The circumstances are classified. What happened afterward is the part that matters to SPHERE: CUBE, in the early period following Epstein's assassination and their own formation, had acquired a fragment of residual Jizzlersphere energy — a piece of the artifact's power that had bled into the Berlin bunker's structural material during the 1945 operation and had been slowly accumulating since.

It was not the full artifact. The full Jizzlersphere, properly used, produces what SPHERE achieved with Ace of Hearts — a complete, enhanced resurrection. What CUBE had was a fragment. What a fragment produces is something else.

The resurrection worked. Dr. Disrespect came back. But the fragment didn't have the power to do it cleanly. The process remade him with what was available, filling gaps with Jizzlersphere energy itself — restructuring the body using the fragment's own substance as building material. The result stands. It functions. It is physically more capable than the original in almost every measurable way. It is also clearly wrong in ways that are visible at a glance.

The flesh is red. Not flushed — genuinely, fully, disturbingly red, corded and textured like something that was assembled rather than grown. The spines emerging from the skull and upper back where there should be nothing are a direct manifestation of Jizzlersphere energy crystallized into physical form. The eyes, behind the shades, are something SPHERE's one field operative who saw them directly has since declined to describe in detail. The headset is intact. The mustache is intact. He chose to keep those. He named himself Dr. Meatrespect. SPHERE does not know if this is menacing or funny. SPHERE intelligence has decided it is both.

Role within CUBE

Dr. Meatrespect is CUBE's primary enforcer and its most capable combat asset by a significant margin. He serves as de facto military authority within the organization — field decisions go through him, combat operations are led by him, and anyone CUBE needs physically removed from a situation is removed by him.

His devotion to CUBE's mission — resurrecting Epstein — is absolute. It precedes CUBE's formation. He was loyal to Epstein in life. He is loyal to Epstein's memory and potential resurrection in death-and-revival. SPHERE analysts assess this devotion as too deep to be exploited as a vulnerability. He will not be turned. He will not be negotiated with on the core question. He is committed.

Physical Capabilities

Augmented Physicality

The Jizzlersphere fragment's integration into his physical structure means Dr. Meatrespect's body operates partially outside normal biological parameters. His strength, durability, and speed are all significantly above human baseline. Conventional weapons produce reduced effect on areas where Jizzlersphere crystallization has reinforced the structure. SPHERE recommends high-caliber concentrated fire and does not recommend melee engagement.

Jizzlersphere Energy Residue

The fragment energy integrated into his body is not inert. Dr. Meatrespect can direct this energy in limited ways — SPHERE intelligence has documented a capability consistent with localized reality distortion in his immediate vicinity during high-intensity combat. This is not on the scale of a full Jizzlersphere effect. It is on the scale of "the rules of physics in a ten-foot radius are his personal opinion." This is bad enough.

Combat Experience

He was a physically capable individual before his death and resurrection. He is considerably more physically capable after. He is also, by SPHERE's assessment, deeply motivated by grief and devotion in a way that makes him more dangerous in combat than pure capability alone would suggest. He fights like someone who has nothing to lose and a god to resurrect. That is a difficult energy to counter.

ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOLS: Do not engage alone. Do not engage without heavy weapons. If you see the spines, you are already too close. If you hear the headset, assume he already knows you are there. Report position to SPHERE command before initiating any engagement with Dr. Meatrespect.
